From Sensory Deprivation to Sensory Overload

Imagine going into a cave consciously with no light for 4 months. Well, what many of us have done in order to not die from coronavirus is similar to this by basically staying home and not seeing anyone in person for a year. So, when you see all your friends and family again be careful with your senses because you are bound to experience sensory overload after such a change in your lives.

So, all I'm saying is you have to get used to being around friends and family again so you feel more normal doing this. Everything both good and bad in your friends and family is still there. It's just that maybe you have forgotten a lot of stuff while being consciously isolated the last year to stay alive.

There is a saying that there is good stress and there is bad stress. But, if you have been removed from both good stress and bad stress for one year of your life good stress and bad stress can be the same thing almost exactly.

So, be kind to yourselves by realizing what a different world you have been living in in trying to stay alive this last year or so by self isolating. It might take some time to readjust to everything you are going to experience.

Also, what happens when whole unvaccinated families start dying of Asian and South American Variants later this year sometime here in the U.S. (if that happens)?

In other words I have about as much trust in our government telling us not to wear masks as I did Trump telling us not wear masks and 600,000 of us have died so far because of that. I'm sure if you are logical at all you will agree with me.
