I suppose all of us face this at different times in our lives. I had thought that people realizing how many people have been killed by governments around the world since around 1940 or before was something most people realized as fact in trying to suppress people talking about their real UFO experiences. So, when I meet people that don't believe that I'm always surprised. I suppose a part of it was that my father actually met Adamski in the 1950s who was one of many to die or disappear suspiciously regarding UFOs. Another government official that died under suspicious circumstances was
James Forrestal, who died under very suspicious circumstances. Basically, people who wanted to share what was really going on with UFOs were killed in various ways. Forrestal was Secretary of Defense when he was disappeared. Another governmental official who was killed for wanting to share UFO stuff was President John F. Kennedy who was president from 1960 to 1963 when he was assassinated. Then there are presidents who have publicly talked about UFO experiences like Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan but who were not killed for speaking about their experiences.
So, from at least 1940 or before anyone who talked about UFOs often was either killed, institutionalized or just outright disappeared.
So, in 1974 when I and then my friends found a UFO print in the snow in May of 1974 at Bunny Flat we knew that if we didn't either want to be killed by the government or become test guinea pigs we knew we couldn't tell the authorities about what we saw and have normal lives ever again. So, like most intelligent people we decided never to speak about this unless it was with friends we trusted with our lives. This was pretty normal if you wanted to survive from the 1940s until the 1990s.
