Enlightenment's nectar?

During the 1970s I heard this term sometimes and wondered what it meant?

Because I found a way through studying psychology to stay alive from 1969 to 1973 when I met my first wife and had a son (at which point staying alive became about taking care of my family). And taking care of a family has always been what I was suited to I guess my whole life.

It can become for a caregiver personality like myself a type of useful discipline where you care for your family and this becomes your primary identity on earth rather than your career. I also found this useful in retirement too because if you have created and maintained a good relationship with your children then your relationship continues with them throughout your life at every point.

Enlightenment's nectar is about "generating compassion" by what you do with your mind 24 hours a day. This is one way to view this.

It isn't necessarily about believing in God but it can be. In my case of enlightenment it is though because without believing in God I would not have survived the 1950s and 1960s.

However, what you do with your mind and actions is about generating compassion if you are moving towards enlightenment consciously.

Taking care of my family, my parents, my children and my wife has been a yoga for me and a very useful discipline in my life always. Being a father has been the most useful thing I have ever done for me and for my children and for my wife.

So, enlightenment has always been about family for me. And all mankind I also see as my family too. So, I try to look out for all mankind in my own ways and this also is a part of my enlightenment process too ongoing.

If you take an interest in your family your family does better. If you take an interest in Enlightenment's nectar you do better because you develop integrity and you spread your integrity everywhere you go along with your kindness towards yourself and everyone.

What is enlightenment's nectar?

You generate it 24 hours a day by your compassion and your integrity whether you believe in God or not when you are on a path towards enlightenment.

Everyone everywhere benefits from your moves towards enlightenment's nectar 24 hours a day.

It's about compassion for yourself and all beings in the past, present and future of the entire universe.

Good luck with your enlightenment! Share it with the universe!
