Do you understand the laws of probability?
If you do you know if you take the Statement by Dr.Sangay Gupta which is "Get Vaccinated or Get Covid" this is what the laws of probability tell us. Eventually everyone will get covid-19 or some other variant of Covid, delta or another future variant.
Will Covid kill you?
Maybe but likely not. Even when it was killing 2% of people mostly older before the 85% of Americans over 50 got vaccinated all that changed when the over 50 crowd got vaccinated (at least for now). (here in the U.S.).
But, surviving with increasingly difficult versions of covid potentially over the next 10 to 30 years or more is another story entirely.
At that point not getting vaccinated means almost certain Covid Senile Dementia or Long Covid or being maimed by Covid in some way if not from this variant (Delta) then the next or the next or the next or the next.
Not getting vaccinated even though you might not die from this you are almost certain eventually to be maimed by it without vaccinations (as long as vaccinations work).
Getting vaccinated and getting boosters regularly might not save your life but definitely will keep you from getting maimed for life eventually. the problem at this point is not as much about dying from Covid but rather becoming so dysfunctional mentally and physically that you cannot care for yourself at all.
It's about not being a victim of the laws of probability by getting vaccinated regularly so you don't become just another covid victim eventually here on earth. (whether that means death, Covid senility or Long Covid.)
IT's about staying alive the next 30 years and not getting maimed or dying of covid along the way.
