When someone tells me that they can do something without consuming any energy it brings me to a point where I might ask this question. Because if you are not consuming energy then what are you really doing?
Otherwise, I'm not sure this makes sense: (at least from a matter universe point of view) which is where most scientists might also be.
I have always viewed all this from a different perspective once I talked to the Galactic Sentience. From his point of view this is what I got translated into my human mind:
Creators (who now create galaxies) once all lived in Unknown matter before they created all galaxies now in existence sort of why humans create farms here on earth from wild country where once only hunter gatherers lived.
From what I gathered unknown matter (in order to create a galaxy) you have to split unknown matter into matter and anti-matter. (there might be other things besides this I don't know about ). But, what you need to create a galaxy is matter and anti-matter basically and then between the matter galaxy and an anti-matter galaxy you need to create a black hole between the matter galaxy and the anti-matter galaxy which is how all galaxies actually work in reality.
The anti-matter galaxy is obviously in a different dimension than the matter galaxies we can see through telescopes.
