For example, isolation because of Covid tend to make telepathic communication between species more effective too. Or you might be walking along a street somewhere and someone drives by you in a car or truck and you hear each others thoughts.
It isn't necessarily that you are trying to communicate it's that people thinking tend to send their thoughts if they don't think anyone is around. So, these chance telepathic encounters are mostly "accidental" might be the right term for this.
You aren't trying to listen into them and they are not trying to listen into you but it happens just because we all are sort of like mini radio or TV stations, especially when others are near by or passing by us either walking or driving by us.
