Over 7000 people are dying every week now from Covid in the U.S.

 This means that 364,000 people potentially (if this keeps up) will die of Covid in the next year who are Americans which will take the number of Dead from Covid at least to around 1 million since February 2020 by this time next year.

And we can assume that many or most of these are Republicans who supported Trump or are related to them in some way.

So, when Trump is booed for telling them to get vaccinated all he is doing is wanting there to still be Republicans who might vote for him instead of dying from Covid. Because otherwise they are now dying in droves all over the South and other parts of the U.S.

And hurricanes and fires (Like Hurricane Henri) it is found just exponentially increase the deaths by Covid regionally.
