Though the Green Mojave rattlesnake is green colored instead of brown and beige like a Diamond back Rattler and is generally much smaller as an adult than a diamondback rattlesnake, the green Mojave sidewinder rattlesnake is 9 times more poisonous than a diamondback.
A diamondback rattler can be very big reaching 5 to 10 feet long but a green mojave is usually less than 3 to 5 feet long (but there might be exceptions). Both give warning usually before they strike but often if you are bitten by a Green Mojave you could be dead pretty soon, especially if you get to a hospital and they don't give you the right amount of Anti-venom for a Green mojave. So, though they are smaller and green in color a Green mojave rattlesnake is much more deadly to humans and animals than a diamondback Rattlesnake. Here is what they look like:
Note: Also, they are a sidewinder as they travel across the ground not forward moving but sideways so you can recognize them by their sidewise movements as well in addition to their green coloration.
