I'm having trouble compartmentalizing different issues many of us are facing now

 First, there is the last two years of Covid and what we all had to do to survive that Hell.

Next, there is Russia starting another Cold (HOT) war potentially with nuclear weapons and blowing up nuclear power plants in Europe and the U.S.

Next, in my own case there is an operation that I have waited for the technology to evolve on earth to where it would be something I could decide to do. But, I'm finding that at almost 74 soon psychologically adding this to the mix is not working for me.

I'm sure the rest of you are having trouble (each in your own ways) processing all the changes to our world now. And this is all on top of Global Climate changes that are getting worse every day like Droughts in the west of the U.S. and Flooding in the Eastern and North Western parts of the U.S.
