And this is dropped in a populated area of a city where these mini-bombs kill every living thing for about a mile around. All birds die. All animals die or are maimed and all people die or are maimed. This is what cluster bombs do. Also, any of the bombs that don't go off then can also go off later like one year or 10 years or 100 years later too like a time bomb waiting for a playing child wondering what it is.
