Cold War II?

I think we have to consider this the 2nd Cold War or Cold War II sort of like World War II. the first Cold War between about 1945 and 1990 killed 100 million people which is about the same as World War II also did except the Cold War deaths were spread over 45 years approximately.

The New Cold War is heralded by the War in Ukraine and by the Chinese Balloons coming into U.S. Airspace at this point.

But, I think the biggest change is the type of weapons used in warfare today are in some cases very different than weapons ever before like the war Artificial intelligence is used on "Smart weapons" which sometimes can act independently of the senders into battle.

One of these is drones who can either lob bombs or missiles or even machine gun fire or grenades into battles all over. Another is shoulder fired anti-Tank rockets that can bring down a tank in seconds and blow the turret off some of them. Though Stinger missiles I think were used against Soviet Tanks in AFghanistan by the Mujahadeen led by people like Osama Bin Laden in the early 1980s to defeat the Soviets during the 1980s I still see missiles killing tanks and planes and helicopters as very different from anything during world war II unless you compare these things to the V1 and V2 missiles used on London in World war II.
