I'm sure you have all heard at one of the first deaths from the AI in tesla driving his car from him where the AI mistook a Semi truck Van behind the tractor as a road sign which caused the car to drive under the "road sign" mistake which was a semi truck turning in front of the Tesla which caused the Tesla to drive under the van which sheered off the man's Tesla Roof above the hood of the car including the man's head and upper torso which left with the roof of the car while the majority of the car proceeded under the Van.

This story more than any other story is the kind of problems that you are going to have with AI when combined with moving technology like cars, drones in the air and on the ground etc.
Mistakes that human would never make are made every day by AI whether it is ChatGPT or military AI.
Understanding this, you never would want to give nuclear Launch codes to AI ever.
However, I could easily see countries like Russia or China doing this feeling they would have a time advantage over their competitors or (enemies) around the world.
Also, there is a saying in Asia "Business is War!" which I believe came from Sun Tzu in "The Art of War" which much of warfare on earth is now based upon these ideas.
So, what I'm saying here is "IT'S ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE AI IS GIVEN THE NUCLEAR LAUNCH CODES FOR SOME COUNTRY LIKE RUSSIA OR CHINA".
UNLESS THIS HAS ALREADY HAPPENED AND WE DON'T KNOW ABOUT IT YET.
ACTUALLY, AS AN INTUITIVE I CAN SAY ON MANY LEVELS THIS HAS ALREADY HAPPENED HERE ON EARTH!
WHAT WILL BE THE FULL CONSEQUENCES OF THIS? NOT SURE.
