The other problem our governments are dealing with are in regard to TIME WARS. When time is changed in some ways Time Wars begin from the future. This is difficult to explain fully how this all works in reality.
However, one way to deal with this is to understand that our descendants also have time travel. So, if people's births are prevented that are instrumental to the future by the alterations of time, then Time Wars erupt coming from the future. This actually happens all the time. So, from one point of view "TIME IS CONSTANTLY BEING ALTERED FROM THE PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE".
When people realize this they often freak out whether they are military or civilian.
However, this is also a fact of life ongoing for us all.
