"That humans might survive"

I decided to try and write a piece that describes both the
possibilities and the pitfalls of the human race as it tries
to move out from earth and terraform and colonize other
worlds and dimensions.

Some of the present problems of
human life are obvious to all. For example, overpopulation,
ecological degradation leading to extinction of all life on
earth, nuclear war,robotics as in Terminator eliminating all
humans, genetic modifications to the food chain that
prevents all plants from procreating, domination of humans
by other humans through mind control, mental enslavement
etc. Any one of these problems can very easily become the
end of life on earth or just the end of
life as we have known it for thousands of years.

Though
we are on the brink of extinction from many sources we also
should look at the potential for humans as well. Some of the
potentials
are very utopian and idealistic. Some potentials such as all
humans having enough to eat and the promise of a good life
seem beyond belief to most humans on earth at present.

Though I could start with all our problems I think I'll
start with the potentials I see. Our potential as humans is
basically unlimited. Whether I look inward toward the mind and
spirit of myself and all humans or outward towards exploring
our earth or outer space I see unlimited mostly unexplored
vistas. Many people say there is nothing left to explore. I
must vehemently disagree with that idea and mindset. Nothing
could be further from the truth. It is true that the
traditional earth based exploration of lands and peoples
different than ourselves is ending as we all are tending to
become more homogeneous and interconnected through the
various media. However, because we are becoming more
homogeneous and less interesting or different than each
other in leaps and bounds it also gives humans a freedom
unheard of in the past to explore in new directions.
Nations are becoming less militarily threatened by each
other because all of the systems of government are blending
as each nation learns to take and use the best qualities of
all other nations as it creates and recreates itself. As a
result there are less and less big wars. We have survived 55
years now without a world war. One of the reasons that has
been possible is that Nuclear weapons have proven too lethal
and costly to actually use. As a child growing up during the
cold war in the 1950's the terror of nuclear weapons was a
terrible thing to live with. And during the Cuban missile
crisis in the early 60's everyone thought it was the end of
the planet earth and all life upon it. It was horrific! It
is quite easy now to look back and laugh at the terror and
fear of those days. However, one had to be there to know the
full pain of those times.

Note: you do have to remember that this was in 2001 I wrote this and that September 11th was just about 1 month before I wrote this. I didn't talk about just how horrific it was for mankind when no one knew exactly who attacked the Twin Towers in New York City or the Pentagon or other targets with planes filled with innocent passengers and used them like missiles to attack the U.S.

So, for about 1 month no air travel was permitted within the Continental U.S. or it would be shot down by U.S. military fighter jets. This was pretty scary too. It took about a month to fully understand what had happened and many people still believe what we were told was mostly lies about all this to begin with. One interesting theory was that this was actually a Fund Raiser by Democratic Countries to get more money for secret agencies because they lost so much money at the end of the Cold War. To me, this likely was why they at least (allowed this to happen) even though it killed 5 billion or more people on the first timeline. Now we built a 2nd timeline that is much better than the end of civilization for about 4 thousand years like happened the first time on the first timeline. People from that timeline came back to me from approximately 7000 AD from the area of Swiss and Italian Alps to get my help in creating a 2nd timeline.

I agreed because I had already asked the leader of the Galaxy through soul Travel around 1970 for his help in preventing Global annihilation through nukes or any other cause and he agreed with me then around 1970 when I was 23 years old. I traveled out of my body from Rancho Bernardo between Escondido and San Diego when I did this.
