So, though it is likely true about what Putin is doing in Russia it likely would be stopped by Time Travel of devices Eisenhower bought in the early 1950s at what was then called Muroc Air Base but is now called Edwards Air Force Base now. However, most people usually don't know for sure about the Time Travel Devices bought by Eisenhower from Aliens in the early 1950s.

This saves aliens who don't want earth to blow up and be gone also. They may or may not be friendly to human beings but they don't want earth to blow up from nukes or in any other way. After all, the asteroid belt was once a humanoid based planet like Earth 65 million years ago before a piece of the nuked planet hit the Yucatan Peninsula and killed all the larger land and air based dinosaurs then.

So, our ancestors already blew up one of the planets into an asteroid belt 65 million years ago. The Soviets proved this in the 1970s when they sent a probe there and discovered that the Asteroid belt was a planet nuked out of existence then. But, religions suppressed this information in most of the world because this didn't agree with their holy books. However, in the 1970s Russia was formally at least an atheistic State and so the Intelligentsia of Russia knew about this and this is one of the reasons that the old Soviet Union eventually collapsed under the weight of this knowledge.
