The Rocks your bones, The Water your Blood, Your Breath the Sky

 This was a realization I had in the 1980s after Sweating in a sweat lodge with Charlie Thom, a Karuk Medicine man that was alive then.

Because our bodies are made up of everything here on earth.

we are literally the rocks of the earth in our bones

The Water of the planet in our Blood

and

The Sky itself is what we breathe.

We are the Earth itself walking around
