nuclear Threats?
I don't think there will be any nuking in the next few years in regard to North Korea. In regard to Iran that is another matter entirely because of pent up Iranian Shia rage whether founded or unfounded. North Korea is mostly about not having it's state collapse with a new leader only 28 years old. So, more than likely his relatives in the North Korean Military will do some shelling of islands or blowing up things without doing anything really big to show the world and their own people that they can do stuff still besides starve their own people to death. So, maybe North Korea is trying to get attention by having nations give their starving people some food. But even when food is given by other nations usually the rich of North Korea get it and not the poor who are starving. So, there doesn't seem to be a way to help the poor of North Korea other than changing governments. And changing nuclear armed governments is always going to be a problem on multiple levels.
