The
US upped the stakes in its war of words with North Korea last night by
announcing plans to boost its missile defences to guard against a
possible nuclear attack.
This makes complete sense. If someone threatened you you might not believe them but maybe you would load your gun and keep it nearby just in case they followed through on their threats.
The only problem is: "What if one of your guns goes off by accident?"
