My older daughter was telling me she is meeting a lot of people who seem to feel like they are falling through space in their lives lately.
There are many reasons this could be true: One of the reasons could be the battle over obamacare which shut down the Government for 16 days recently. This disturbed a lot of people, killed others, drove others into bankruptcy and interrupted a whole lot of home loans nationwide (still is) as well as sort of leading to a lackluster Christmas for Stores and anyone selling anything for Christmas. OR
it could be something wild like Betelgeuse just went Supernova. But you might say to me, "Well. I look out in the night sky and don't see it."
Yes. That's true even if it happened you wouldn't see it until 600 years have passed because it is 600 light years away from here. But, imagine if it just happened. Would we have a sense of this because it is so close? Likely, there is some kind of particle or way that we would sense this that travels faster than light does. Do X-rays travel faster? What travels faster than light in the universe that could tell us?
Anyway, everyone I talk to these days is either complaining about Mercury in retrograde (if they are into astrology) or they are wondering what in the world is going on to make everyone feel this way?
And then again it might just be Obamacare, 16 days of government shutdown, the Mess in Syria with 7 million people as refugees in their country and 2 million as refugees outside their country and every other strange thing going on on earth right now including the mess of the obamacare website.
And then again maybe it's just the Singularity gaining speed into a place no one has ever been before in recorded history or just the Global Climate Changes everyone is experiencing to a greater or lesser degree worldwide now.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
