Feeling Better

I'm doing much better nowt that I discovered I was experiencing a B-12 deficiency. Though I have been on a B-Complex regimen since I was divorced and then got remarried and had another child in 1994 to 1996. But, sometimes life just gets stressful and I forgot to take my Sub lingual B-12s and that wasn't good at my age.

I Started taking heavy Duty B-Complex Stress Tabs around 1994 during my divorce because I didn't want to ever take anti-depressants because I didn't want my brain rewired from normal. So, I took Stress tabs that you can buy in a health food store like Whole Foods instead. I took St. John's Wort too but didn't find it that helpful. So, I added phosphitidal serine which helps brain health and functioning. When you are stressed during extreme life changes you have to get enough B-Complex and B-12 to keep your brain working right. So often the only way to do this is through vitamin supplements. This is even more true if you are a vegetarian or have been at some time or all during your life.
