Global Climate Change and Noah type events

As I was waking up this morning it was obvious to me that Noah types of events will become more common in some countries around the world. It is difficult to say which countries will experience this. It won't be "the end of the world" in this sense but only like for example constant rain for several months straight to the point where it might look more like:
  1. Great Flood of 1862 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

    Wikipedia
The Great Flood of 1862 or Noachian Deluge was the largest flood in the recorded history of Oregon, Nevada and California, occurring from December 1861 to ...
  2. The Great Flood in California: Great Destruction of Property ...

  3.
Only this likely won't just happen every 150 to 300 years like it does in California. So, even in extreme events like these that likely will occur starting sometime in this century people will find ways to escape by boat or helicopter or even on foot or kayak or by swimming or getting into trees or on roofs.

However, this kind of event will go on for longer than normal flooding that we are used to around the world. For example, a Noah type of event might affect areas for 3 to 6 months, rather than for a month or two in normal types of flooding.

As the air around the world becomes generally warmer, warmer air can hold much much more water that cold air can. So, the amounts of rain that can fall at one time will increase.

For example, if you have been in places where it is warm all year like Hawaii and ever been in a tropical rain forest, the drops of rain can be as big as the tip of your thumb. In rains like this you can literally run outside for a couple seconds and be completely drenched in your clothes. Also, an incredible amount of rain comes down in a very short time which can be very damaging sometimes too. This sort of thing is going to increase some places along with increased droughts other places as the jet streams change a lot from climate change.

Also, it likely will snow some places where it never has before even in the summers as the Polar vortex becomes more unstable more of the year both in the northern parts of  the earth and in the far southern  south polar vortex as well.
