Simplifying Obamacare previous article

Obamacare Will Cost Less Than Projected, Cover 12 ...

I'm not going to cover all the facts in the previous article only the most important ones that I saw. My wife said many people might not fully understand what this article is saying specifically in the graphs so that is what I want to address.

Basically 26 million more people who couldn't get or afford health insurance who are not elderly now have it. The bad news is that 12 million middle class and rich people who used to have health insurance don't have it now because the demographics and price rates changed for them and they either can't afford it or don't want it for some reason or other. So, among middle class and rich people there are too complaints about Obamacare.

1. The deductibles are too high.  (However, you won't be destroyed rich or poor likely by a catastrophic health situation).
and
2. Rates have increased or put people in a position where middle class people especially cannot afford health insurance because of the way the rates affect them because of levels of income or number of dependents. So, in some states what has happen is very unfair to middle class or rich people. So, many of these people aren't getting insurance in protest because they either cannot afford it or feel it is just too expensive for them (either).

But, overall, you have 26 million less uninsured people than before. This is saving the government 5 billion dollars just this year and that is a good thing. So, in a sense the American people just saved 5 billion dollars between us just signing up for Obamacare.
