More thoughts regarding the Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead diet

Since I did about 10 days on the organic vegetable and fruit juice diet and lost 30 pounds at that time I have had a lot of time to think about how I was successful on this diet. Doing this diet even 7 to 10 days completely changed my life then and now.

You might ask "How?"

First, it taught me that I no longer had hypoglycemia because that wasn't a problem because starting to take Armour Thyroid in 2006 had cured me of that by rebalancing my hormones. I also realized then that my Heart Virus which forced me to retire in 1998 or die was caused by ghiardia in 1985 and 1986 while my family and I were in India and Nepal for 4 months. My thyroid problems were a part of this too.

So, when I went on a organic vegetable and fruit diet I was also gluten free (no wheat) so all the pain in my body left from eating gluten during this time and I wondered why all my pain left during the diet at the time because I didn't know I was allergic to gluten then. I found that out 1 year later during $1000 worth of blood tests for a nurse who is an ayurvedic practitioner who helped me a lot too get healthier and to lose permanently all my body pain which I thought was just a part of aging. But, it wasn't.

So, to permanently lose 90% or more of my body pain I had to permanently give up all wheat, oat, and barley gluten from my diet which was fairly hard but worth it to be pain free and to stay alive now in my life.

The choice became: "Would I rather be alive or eat gluten?" Being alive won hands down.

Since I went to "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead 2" at a fathomevents.com event last night I realized Joe Cross has learned a great deal from his experience 6 years ago now. He realizes likely he would be dead or very incapacitated already from his auto-immune disease rather than alive, surfing and traveling the world telling people about his experiences like he is doing now.

So, this diet works as long as people are careful and do it through their doctor with a blood test every week to make sure their blood sugar and other body and blood changes are okay.

This diet full time or a modified version of this diet can keep you alive and healthy an extra 20 to 30 years if you are careful the rest of your life and exercise regularly along with doing a full time or modified version of this diet. Most people are also able to give up all or most of their medicines as they do this diet and lose weight and exercise too.
