I just thought I would include this map of the Middle East to demonstrate what I'm writing about.
Arab Spring has brought major changes to Tunisia first, then to Egypt, Libya, Sudan, Yemen, Syria, and Iraq and other nearby places.
However, the most horrific changes were in Syria and now Iraq. The horror in Syria happened by Assad being forced to stay in power by Shias and Russia against the persecuation of Sunnis within Syria. The government of Egypt has changed twice now but still there is reallly no effective democracy yet. Libya overthrew Qaddafi but now really doesn't have an effective government because the militias are too strong. The world worries that some of these militias are being influenced by ISIS because Libya like Egypt, Northern Sudan, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey and Jordan and others are majority Sunni countries.
Then we have Ebola in multiple countries decimating governments and infrastructure further than they already were by the Great Recession's effects on Africa.

So, in this map we see how panic and terror mostly of people who aren't fully educated enough in Modern medical disciplines are now dying at a faster and faster rate because of this. All of this both ISIS, the breakdown of law and order because of Assad, Russia, and Iran in the middle east, and then Ebola in all these above countries and the panic it is causing there is tearing the whole region apart.
And because of this it might just be a matter of time before Ebola and ISIS intersect in one way or another. Unfortunately, it might be to ISIS' advantage to spread Ebola into the Middle East in order to frighten the educated people and governing people of all governments into leaving.
So, the very existence of Ebola so near to ISIS is a clear and present danger to all the governments of the whole region of the Middle East and Northern and Western Africa. Especially, this is a worry to all of Africa now that Ebola has killed at least 31 people already in the Congo.
If you look at Congo's central location in Africa it is alarming that it now is possible that most or all of Africa could also be infected to a greater or lesser degree by the Ebola Virus.
Actually, according to this article 70 people had already died of Ebola in the Congo on August 21st which is quite worrisome because this means WHO was caught with it's pants down in regard to the virus already hitting Congo before this. This also might mean it has already spread to other as of yet not reported countries in Africa as well.

“This is not Ebola,” a WHO spokesman said in an email to Reuters on Thursday.”
Congo has just declared (August 24) an Ebola outbreak in it’s northern Equateur province :
http://www.ebolacentral.com/did-the-who-dismissed-the-onset-of-the-congo-ebola-outbreak-by-mistake/“I declare an Ebola epidemic in the region of Djera, in the territory of Boende in the province of Equateur,” Kabange Numbi told a news conference. The region lies about 1,200 km (750 miles) north of the capital Kinshasa.Numbi said that one of the two cases that tested positive was for the Sudanese strain of the disease, while the other was a mixture between the Sudanese and the Zaire strain — the most lethal variety. The outbreak in West Africa that has killed at least 1,427 people in West Africa since March is the Zaire strain.end quote from:
