N. Korean Section 121 is trained in China by Russian and Chinese hackers

However, to avoid a nuclear war over this incident with North Korea, the U.S. has to say it is ONLY N. Korea doing this otherwise it could get extremely serious. However, everyone who knows anything about this knows what actually is going on which is Russia and China Trained Section 121 of N. Korea and likely the attack took place from China like it usually does using Section 121 N. Koreans trained in China by Chinese and Russian Hacking experts.

One of the reasons the attack was likely done in China is that North Korea doesn't have the internet infrastructure to mount an attack like this from inside North Korea. (at least yet).

So, it is likely the Section 121 attack on South Korean Banks was also done from China and not North Korea.
