How powdered Water Works?

I just published a post from an old Friend who is now an organic Farmer in China and married to a Chinese national there. He appears to be very successful and has a very wicked sense of humor.

We connected after several years not finding each other on Facebook the other day and carried on a dialog through notes for about 1/2 hour or 1 hour or more. Finally, he had to go because he informed me it was 2:20 AM and he had to get some rest. But, it appears he put a comment somewhere something like: "Fred tell us how powered Water works?"

Actually, I wasn't aware that such a thing existed. I'll have to do some research and see what it is and if it is real.

It appears it is real. I still don't understand it but here is some stuff on it:
