20 degrees or more colder now in California and Western States

It started when it started raining last night I guess but all of California has dropped about 10 to 20  degrees at least wherever you are right now. For example, I checked temperatures in Palm Springs and Las Vegas whixh almost always are warmer than anywhere else out here and Palm Springs was about 65 degrees Fahrenheit and Las Vegas was only about 69 degrees. Here where I am was only 61 degrees and there are many places in the mountains from Yosemite to the Oregon Border that were in the 30s all of a sudden too. So, when I looked at online maps to even get above 70 you had to go to southern parts of Arizona and into Texas before you reached the 70s which likely is going to make a lot of people in the western states sick from all the changes. Because humidity and 10 to 20 degree lower temperatures and wind like there is with the storms is likely going to put a lot of people under the weather. Both my wife and I feel it in the pain in our joints because I'm now in my late 60s. But, I'm going to go walk the dogs in the forest and throw tennis balls for them to catch and just wear my rain slicker with a rain hood for working just in case I get hit with a down pour like we have been getting  since about midnight last night here on the Northern California coast.

Someone said we might get rain for a week but I'm not seeing that on the weather readouts yet.

So, yesterday it was in the 70s and today we will be lucky to get above 62 or so where I live and the nights are down into the low 50s or below now too so we have finally had to put the heater on this week for the first time much since about June or July(June and July it is foggy usually here on the coast.)(either high fog or low fog or both)

On top of everything else there have been multi hour power outages through a lot of northern California. But, most people's power was back on by dark today.

This sort of thing happens in storms when people skid off of roads not being used to driving in rain in the drought and sometimes trees also come down on power lines. However, what is strange about this is this usually happens in January or February and not in November.
