Be sure to check with French embassies around the world regarding what "State of Emergency" France is in and what that might mean on any given day now. Because all this appears to be in a state of transition depending upon the needs of the Government to manage and contain this present catastrophe much like the U.S. had to manage 9-11.
This is especially true if you have any plans to go there on Business or pleasure any time soon or plan to ship things there or receive things from there.
