Because of this failure everything changed. However, in China they went from being Communistic to Capitalistic and because of the nature of their culture a form of Capitalism succeeded there. However, Russia's culture is different than China's in this regard so capitalism has not succeeded there because of a more serf attitude where anyone who stood up was killed for so long that a peon attitude was in most of those that were left except for the oligarchy (the rich and the few) who ruled Russia now as in the times of the Monarchy. However, communism completely failed in Russia for a variety of reasons. The main reason is the natural greed of all human beings.
So, in the end "From each according to their ability and to each according to his needs" was an abject failure worldwide because people want to take care of their family and friends first. So, this cannot work and since it is the bullwork of communism and Leninism it failed miserably.
However, STate Capitalism DID work in China although it hasn't worked in Russia because of the culture.
So, what is the future for all nations?
I think we are going to have to keep trying things until we get something that works well enough so there are no major wars either revolutions or wars between nations.
But, we are a long way from that day now.
However, between large nations Nuclear weapons has made war obsolete completely unless one wants the whole planet to go extinct one day or just the whole planet to become another asteroid belt like the one in the solar system was our ancestors 65 million years ago who had a nuclear war there as proven by the Soviets in the 1970s when they sent a probe there.
