If you read Kavanaugh's bio he wants to protect presidents from Civil suits and he wants to give presidents more power.
This might be well and good with a president like Eisenhower, Clinton, Carter or Reagan but with a president like Trump who could be the next Saddam Hussein or Erdogan or Duterte shooting drug dealers in his own country by his own hand, you don't want to let a president like this (of either party) have more protection from prosecution. So, Kavanaugh for this reason SHOULD NOT become a supreme court justice just for this reason if for no other.
