How can the U.S. win the Cyber War against us by Russia if Trump won't let the U.S. government fight back?

Today it was learned that Microsoft has already caught Russia attacking regularly 3 Democrats in the U.S. up for re-election in various ways.

However, Trump withdrew funding for any fighting back against Russia for doing this already. So, how is the U.S. supposed to fight back against the Russian Cyber War if funding has been removed from ANY effort at all to prevent harm to the next election now in 2018?

The answer is: The Trump administration is aiding and abetting Putin invalidating our election results once again.

The U.S. is not fighting back in any way that actually will continue or create the integrity of our electoral process, which basically means we cannot believe the results of the next election, Already!

Just the same as we cannot Believe the results of Trump's election because it wasn't valid either!

So, legally Trump is NOT our duly elected president and those elected in November will NOT Be our duly elected representatives either.

Which basically means we have already been in a dictatorship since Trump was inaugurated which will get worse in November 2018 when more people not legally elected are voted into office by Putin.
