There are periods where time is altered every 10 to 15 minutes in a dramatic way

It isn't in as bad a situation as it was in about a month ago now. I still feel the reverberating waves of time alteration much like a surfer deals with oncoming waves while paddling out to catch "the next big one".

So, whoever is altering time it feels like battles are going on periodically to gain the upper hand of time lines now.

Someone sensitive like myself to this can sense these changes.

One of my meditations is "To be in the exact right time and space I need to be" every single moment.

which is what Jesus and Buddha and others have done and many people on earth still do daily.

However, when a time alteration hits, suddenly all variables have changed here on earth because time has been altered somehow.

When I feel something like this I have to let the wave pass through me and then re-evaluate where and what I should be doing because all that just changed.

Whenever time has been altered what you should be doing changes completely. Which is one reason it is going to be harder and harder to make ANY plans at all and have them work out with some many "Time Battles" going on here on earth now.

Like I said it isn't happening all the time. There will be periods of just a little change like these few days right now, and then there will be days when time changes come about every few minutes (say 10 to 15 minutes there will be changes. So, during these times I really would rather not be driving in a car because this is when these time changes can get people killed if they are not prepared for them. During these changes falling off a roof, crashing a car, cutting yourself in a kitchen with a knife would be much more likely worldwide.

This is one of the way millions and possibly billions are going to be dying during this century from all the time alterations likely by the bigger nations who can afford to do this as well as alien nations as well as the galactic government.

Who wins?

Basically, in the end the Galactic Government is going to win because they are billions of years ahead of everyone else technology wise. It's all a matter of time. In the short run some earth governments might win skirmishes but in the long run time it is going to run the way the Galaxy wants it to no matter what people here on earth think in the end. However, they might wait hundreds or even thousands of years to put their changes in place to see what their millions or billions of potential options might be for the best outcome for the Galaxy, Solar system, the Sun, and Planet earth (and any life forms living here at that time).
