Is American Becoming more Fascist or More Libertarian?

With this supreme Court major Swing to the right are we becoming more Fascist or more Libertarian?

I'm not sure yet.

However, a Libertarian swing instead of a Fascist Swing just might be a good thing.
If we become Fascist like NAZI Germany that can only be bad for everyone like it was bad for Germany and Europe during the 1930s and 1940s and millions died from it (up to 100 million worldwide).

But, a Libertarian swing might be useful.

What would that do?

This might make people more independent like during the Revolutionary war.

For example, a libertarian point of view believes it is "Every man or woman for themself" which can be good because then the government isn't holding everyone's hand and if you have skills you get ahead and everyone else might die.

You might ask me, "How is this good?"

The point being life then becomes a little more like the jungle. Once again you might ask me "Why is this good?"

Life is hard. If people don't have the skills to survive their lives then they don't. Life isn't a free ride. If you don't work often you don't survive at all.

This was much more true when I grew up than now.

We were a much tougher and less nice people in some ways when I grew up in the 1950s. However, we were able to survive onslaughts from Hitler and Stalin and everything ever since. Since The Soviet Union collapsed around 1990 Americans have become very weak and confused. We aren't as survival oriented as we once were. And Maybe we need to return to our roots somehow.

And Maybe a Libertarian turn might get us there. I don't know.

But, one thing I do know, Fascism is the death of us all. And if our Supreme Court is just a Fascist Court then I'm likely moving to another country and so might you.
