More and more people are going to be losing their minds in this present quagmire Trump has gotten us into. Many more people in Trump's Nationalistic Direction (White Supremacists) are going to be killing and maiming people. This is a given.
So, the more kind you can be to yourselves and your families the more you can reduce the violence and death that is sure to come now from Trump's rhetoric. He doesn't seem to see (or won't say if he does) that he is killing people by what he says. This is a mark of a true narcissist like Hitler.
Narcissism at Trump level negates all empathy for other people. Only Trump is important to Trump. Anyone not worshipping Trump can just go starve and die somewhere.
So, because of this the more kind you can be to everyone including yourselves, the less likely they are going to go off and kill you and your family from now on.
Like during the 1930s we are now in for it. Trump has set things into motion worldwide now that will cost millions or even billions of lives worldwide now and into the future. This is a given.
Don't be one of those killed by his narcissism which is the same as Hitler's.
