Watching CNN Hurricane Michael Live Coverage

Winds in Panama City Beach now over 100 mph or beyond with signs, rakes, storm gutters and limbs flying through the air there live on TV. The reporters might be taking too many risks I'm observing. This is the strongest storm to hit this area since 1850s there in Panama City, Florida. I hope none of the Weather people get injured today. Not sure why they are taking such risks. They are mentioning people who didn't evacuate doing crazy things too. So, we might hear of locals or tourists buying the farm if this keeps up in this area.

Winds of 155 mph now recorded in this storm which is only 2 miles per hour away from a Category 5 storm.

116 mph gusts panama city 129 mph at air force base.

Storm made land fall just to north west of Mexico Beach, Florida.

These may be some of the most extreme winds I have ever seen in a storm on TV. It's so strong that lots of the time all you can see is a rain white out with zero visibility.

Tyndall Air Force Base had to be evacuated because of Storm Surge:
