writing

Writing can help heal you and your family during these times. However, you need to think about what is healthy to be writing about. In other words scary stuff that might have been okay in regular times might endanger your mental health and your family's mental health or physical health during these times.

So, it's important to think about this when you write to entertain yourself or your families worldwide.

Though I'm approaching all this as a researcher trying to find ways for civilization to continue through all of this many of you might have a slightly different focus.

So, the research I'm doing gives me a way forward in logically dealing with the problem solving aspects of all this worldwide. By organizing my thoughts around all this it might help others cope on a worldwide basis as well when I blog about this.

Civilization itself in some ways is now at stake I see worldwide. Because the U.S. has almost unlimited resources it's possible we will come through this thing in one piece as a nation and as a government both Federally and locally.

However, when the 1918 Spanish Flu hit life was very different than now worldwide. So, the loss of life in this virus likely will greatly exceed the 1918 Spanish Flu worldwide for a variety of reasons in deaths even though this will be very hard for everyone worldwide to deal with.

So, though problems need to be solved in order for any of us to survive this worldwide we also need to think about our long term psychological health through all of this too.

In the end being a survivor will be important through all of this. And there are certain ways you need to think in order to survive anything.
