It is wise to prepare for a lot of worldwide chaos caused directly and indirectly from coronavirus until 2030 or 2040

Just like world War II and the Great Depression killed millions of people directly and indirectly and drove many people insane with PTSD this coronavirus is and will do the same. Many are slowly being driven insane by their own paranoia and sheltering in place worldwide. And this type of agoraphobia created by the coronavirus likely will continue in some people's lives into the 2030s and 2040s.

Paranoia runs deep in worldwide crises like this one. And many people will never recover from all this even into the 2030s and 2040s

How can you prevent this happening to you?

Exercise out of doors by walking along a river or in the mountains or walk along a beach at the ocean if you can. This will take away a lot of the pain. Also, walking through forests is good because they will take away your pain also. In ancient times people gave their pain to the forests. I have done this all my life too. So, I have chosen to live near a pine and redwood forest near the ocean so I have both things to calm me down whenever I need to visit them and I visit one or the other or both every day I'm home with our family dog. Also, having a dog or other pet will tend to get you out because they need the exercise and will drive you crazy if you don't walk with them. So, having a dog forces you to get out to exercise them and in the process you get the exercise and fresh air that you need too.

Another way to survive all this is to stay in contact with friends and relatives by phone or video phone anyway you can.

By taking a positive attitude you can be one of the successful survivors of the coronavirus and help counsel all your friends and relatives and show them how to survive this too.
