Learning to have compassion for yourself

I noticed growing up that many children had parents, aunts, uncles or grandparents that assassinated their self image. If you don't change whatever they do to you growing up then you often won't survive if your honor has been impuned as a child.

So, learning how to parent yourself at some point is often necessary. In other words you become your own parent and treat yourself kindly to undo that damage other people have done to your subconscious. Luckily, I had pretty good parents to didn't assassinate my self image completely like many have to live through. But, because of whooping cough, Blunt trauma childhood epilepsy caused by a concussion around age 9 and dealing with various other traumas growing up I realized I needed to reparent myself in my early 20s. Because I studied psychology in college and learned how to reparent myself I'm alive now but a lot of people don't go to college or become self aware enough and they don't survive for one reason or another.

But, unless you reparent yourself often you cannot psychologically find a way to survive to 30 as a law abiding citizen that can get married and raise a family and have self respect in one's life.

IT's very tricky trying to survive to 30 for anyone on earth.

So, Good luck if you are under 30 right now.
