 However, it has to do with what 3D printed weapons and what the laws are worldwide at this point in 2021.

Biden is supposed to force all 3d printed pistols and automatic rifles like AR-15s (M-16) and Kalashnikovs and other automatic weapons be registered. Of course there are likely some states and some areas like counties or cities where assault weapons are already banned so you cannot legally own an assault weapon (plastic or not) if it actually shoots bullets.

3d printed weapons are called "Ghost Weapons" because they have no registration ID so far worldwide.
