What many people believe about them isn't real. It's as if you have people here on earth who believe in Jet Passenger planes but they all live without technology in a Rainforest somewhere. Once in a while one of them sees a jet passenger plane cutting across the sky but then the tribe kills them if they speak about it.
So, no one in the tribe (who isn't a part of a major government) has met or seen a UFO because people are silenced until they are about 65 and retired and then no one will believe them. Otherwise if you are younger you lose your career and your whole family starves to death or is killed.
This is the truth about UFOs that people need to understand worldwide.
Note: Am I saying that UFOS are about as common as passenger jet airliners?
Pretty much.
Except passenger jets don't have cloaking devices so you cannot see them even if you were standing right next to them.
However, I do know that the U.S. government has devices that also can make tanks and cars and trucks invisible at a distance too.
They show this kind of invisibility in one episode of Resident Alien. The way the U.S. government does this is with cameras which makes it looks like you can see through physical things but what you are really looking at is cameras duplicating what is on the other side of the object. Imagine a huge Flatscreen that has what is behind an object displayed so it appears to be invisible except for the rim of the extra large flatscreen. This is how it is actually done in theory.
