There is video available online of people up to their necks in brown water inside of Subway trains underground in China. Most people were eventually rescued but at least 12 people drowned before rescue. I was also watching people on a large city street trying to stop themselves being washed away many people formed chains of people trying to rescue others being washed away on a large city street.
