Heart viruses were mostly fatal in the 1990s and before

I was forced to retire because of one in fall of 1998. But, it wasn't diagnosed as a heart virus until May of 1999 by my heart specialist and even then another heart specialist in the last year thought that it might have been something else. She was a Medical Teacher at a college in Texas and so had amazing knowledge about literally everything regarding hearts because that was her specialty in teaching Heart specialists at this college in Texas.

But, the reason I'm writing about this again is that a friend of ours was just diagnosed with a heart virus. He has been acting odd lately and in and out of the hospital for about 2 months now and they finally diagnosed that he has a heart virus. I'm not sure how they diagnosed this because this wasn't possible to do like I said in the 1990s when I had my heart virus.

My symptoms were sort of horrific and only because I had learned a special disconnection meditation from Tibetan Lamas and could get into an attitude that I used at age 2 to survive whooping cough was I actually able to survive it. Also, Ace inhibitors like Lisinopril helped a lot and a recent drug I found that was developed in the 1960s called Metroprolol could also be helpful in this. Metroprolol is a beta blocker which causes the heart to create more capillaries which increases your heart function and other things.

However, in 1998 in the fall when they gave me a different Beta Blocker it made me suicidal for two weeks because it took away all my natural intuitive abilities and I didn't want to be alive without them because they were what made being alive worthwhile for me. So, I had to stop taking that beta blocker. However, 20 years later now I take metroprolol which doesn't spiritually lobotomize a person. So, if you are spiritual and intuitive metroprolol might help you stay alive along with lisonopril if you have a heart virus.

My experiences were that my heart couldn't pump enough oxygen while in the virus state and so I kept passing out.

Our friend who is in his mid 60s has been passing out in front of his computer a lot or at odd times in his life and has been put in an ambulance and sent to the hospital unconscious lately too a lot for the past 2 months. So, it's good they finally are able to diagnose his condition at least.

But, here's the thing. You cannot panic even once as you are passing out or you are going to die. Panic causes a sequence of things to happen in your body when you pass out like this where you will die with a heart virus. So, not passing out in a panic is necessary to stay alive through all this.

Because of learning to meditate with Tibetan Lamas in the U.S. and India and Nepal I was able to stay un-panicked enough to survive where most people I knew of died because they weren't able to do this the way I could.

So, in May of 1999 after being afflicted with a heart virus since early fall of 1998 my heart specialist finally told me I wasn't going to die.

What is the main cause of a heart virus?

The main cause here in the U.S. is getting your teeth cleaned. a particle of food gets into your blood stream and infects your blood in such a way that your heart gets a virus like a cold or flu and becomes weakened for a time. But, like I said most people have tended to die of this in the past because they die before it could be diagnosed properly. This was true in the 1990s where I was the ONLY person I knew of who actually survived a heart virus then in California.

Every time you get your teeth cleaned you have a 1 in 1000 chance of getting a heart virus. However, if you are worried about this then ask for an antibiotic when you get your teeth cleaned and this likely might prevent a heart virus by doing this preventative action. One dose of an anti-biotic is what I have to do after having a heart virus by the way whenever I get my teeth cleaned. However, I'm shy of getting my teeth cleaned obviously after this experience. I recently had a teeth cleaning appointment but canceled it because covid is no the rise lately.

However, it is also true that getting your teeth cleaned also helps your heart health so on one level all this is sort of paradoxical too on many levels. So, do what you think is best.
