People are wondering whether the assassins of the president of Haiti were from the Dominican Republic or other spanish speaking country?

 This is one of many questions they are trying to answer. A Large group of heavily armed men speaking English and Spanish pulled up to the Haiti president's residence and shot and killed him and seriously wounded his wife who has now been flown to the U.S. for medical treatment. So, were the men mercenaries hired by someone to assassinate the president or what was really going on there? 

French and maybe English are the main languages of Haiti not Spanish by the way.
