What's strange here on the northern California coast is that the lows keep getting lower lately

For example, it's 3 am right now and I couldn't sleep after 2 am so I'm up writing and it's 54 degrees. Last night the low was 55 degrees but as I look at the temperatures the 55 degree low recently is becoming a 54 degree low and often it is only 59 degrees by even noon here and the deck is still wet sometimes at 11 am or noon from the ocean mists.With temperatures rising inland on average don't you think it is strange that here on the northern Coast of California that the lows are getting even lower than before especially because the average temperatures inland keep rising?

If you notice below that there are 4 days with temperature lows of 54 degrees. Doesn't that seem strange to you for this time of year?
