It is unknown at this point whether the Taliban can even form an effective government which makes Afghanistan ripe for revolution from many different factions within Afghanistan. For example, people are starving now because the banking system and jobs are not there like before under the U.S. influence. The U.S. and most of Europe is gone now on any level except for some news and secret agent stuff. Europeans and Americans are still trying to get out but now overland because by plane isn't working very well now, for example.
Afghanistan aid of various kinds is also being held up on many levels because especially the U.S. and Europe don't trust the Taliban fully to do what they say even though they did somewhat keep the peace enough for the U.S. and other nations to be able to evacuate 120,000 people by air over around 2 weeks or so which is remarkable in itself.
So, there are just too many unknowns regarding the Taliban and the other factions battling for control both financially and governmentally right now to know who lives and who dies, who has money and who doesn't and what is actually going to happen there.
American and NATO generals seem to think that Civil War is what might be next on the horizon for Afghanistan because so many are starving now without jobs at all or any other financial support under the Taliban. And there are also very very few doctors and nurses because most left on the air lift because the Taliban might not support western medicine.
