Counseling

 I think literally everyone likely needs counseling right now after the last 2 years we have all had on earth.

I think many people likely will turn to God or Enlightenment or Buddhism or whatever helps them now.

But, for me, counseling can be useful.

I see it sort of like a hammer or nails when you build a house.

You are the architect of your own life.

If you don't know what you need no one else does either.

So, directing a counselor that shares some of your values and beliefs might be helpful.

You are the captain of your own ship. So, you need to tell the Counselor what you need.

Because if you don't know what you need no one else will either.

Why?

Because they don't live in your body and they haven't had the experiences you have your entire lifetime.

So, if you don't direct your counselor how to help you then I don't think counseling is going to help you unless you want to become a slave of a counselor no matter who the counselor is.
