Life is cause and effect in every day life. So, 15,000 to 25,000 years of slash and burn farming techniques along with creating various kinds of energy usage like Oil and nuclear and others is bound to change the planet a lot. Since many monied interests don't really care how many people are killed worldwide from the global Climate changes they probably think that when it gets really bad they will move into space onto space stations or something like that (and for the richest on earth that actually might be true). (It's sort of like the best places to live on earth are extremely expensive to live in now like all along the California coast where it tends not to be 109 degrees like it was in Fresno yesterday. I was talking to someone in Portland Oregon about how even though Fresno can be hot you are also right next to Yosemite National park and could drive there in a couple of hours ( I just checked the distance and time on Google maps by the way). But, it's true you need a car to do this or a motorcycle or a bicycle or a bus ticket to actually do this unless you are hitch hiking.
But, generally speaking most or all of the really bad news you see worldwide is directly or indirectly tied
to overpopulation which is caused by no legal abortions and misuse of burning all sorts of stuff which causes greenhouse gases.
Paradoxically, air conditioners which are keeping richer people alive might contribute more to global warming than cars do (not sure about this). But, it's possible because of how much air conditioners are used during hot times of the world worldwide now where energy costs make it feasible to do this.
So, the rich might be up in space stations while most other people here on earth will be dying from the heat (unless they have moved underground (at least during the daylight hours) so they don't die of temperatures over 130 degrees to 170 degrees by the end of this century (especially nearer to the equator).
So, to me, the news is just mostly at core caused by the global climate changes that the human race has created for itself the last 15,000 to 25,000 years from farming techniques like Slash and Burn. So, one could look at all this sort of like a long term suicide of the human race through technology which allows more people to live but which eventually might cause human extinction too.
So, it's sort of a race to see which people are going to live out the other end of all of this several centuries from now (if any).
However, I feel that there are always going to be those willing to do whatever it takes to survive whatever comes also. So, in that sense I think some humans will find a way to prevent complete human extinction.
This is what I presently believe.
By God's Grace
However, even in Yosemite it was pretty hot today:
EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM PDT MONDAY... * WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions. High temperatures in the San Joaquin Valley 105 to 110 degrees on Monday ...
