IT means it is the most transmissable variant so far and it means you might lose a week to a month from your work or school like college and it means you could get things like "Brain Fog" that could be temporary or permanent.
What I find strange about the last month in my own experience is that More people I know have come down with BA4 and BA5 than any other variant so far that I personally know. And some or all of these people were too messed up to be able to work for weeks or even months. Did any of them have to go tot he hospital. No!
But, that's only because they were vaccinated. People not vaccinated getting this likely are going to wind up in the hospital or worse worldwide. This is the real problem with a variant this contagious!
