Even though I believe Carl Jung was a student of Freud too, he was so ahead of his time in his thinking that he also influenced Freud and was one of Freud's most famous students (if not his most famous student) of all time.
Some of the people who Carl Jung taught or influenced or both are:

The people Jung influenced that also influenced me in my awareness and understanding life better are the people with links above. Mostly while I was studying to be a psychologist in the 1970s before I got married did I study their ideas and works.
I was able to separate how I thought about things having been raised mostly a scientific Creationist from more Scientific views of reality in both Science and Psychology and philosophy.
I realized that both Creationism and Darwinism and scientific thought in general were all theories so there was no rush for me to embrace any one of them as a 20 year old.
So, this allowed me to apply the Scientific Method of whom Saint Germain as Francis Bacon was the father of in England to everything I thought about.
This allowed me to have thousands of hypotheses, hundreds of theories and a few laws in my life.
I found it useful not to throw anything out of my hypotheses simply because the most outlandish hypothesis could be the correct one and I have found that a lot of religious thought is not based upon anything really but wishful thinking (even though the essence of all religions is about what to eat, what to do, how to get married and how to raise children). However, the practical parts of being a human being are somewhat universal and came from Shamanism before people started growing food and living in the same place rather than being hunter gatherers and traveling all the time. And this is true worldwide by the way and not limited to Christian thought.
