It got down to 27 degrees in King City last night. However, I'm on the ocean and at least in the winter it's warmer here than inland at 39 degrees

This is a pretty low temperature for any year at this point. For example, it will be only 30 degrees as a low for Paso Robles too tonight by the way.

I went outside to play doggie soccer with our dog on the deck in the back yard and couldn't believe how cold it was at sundown by the way. So, this really cold weather (for the California coast keeps hitting so far this late into February which is pretty unusual (at least for the last 20 years of the drought cycle we have been going through here in California.

However, there is some good news which is that the Average north, south and Central snow pack in California all averaged together comes out to 189% of normal which is really good news for all Californians, especially those who eat food because this will likely drop vegetable food prices somewhat during the Spring, Summer and Fall months at least nationwide to some degree because of mostly more access to water from Snow melt in the Sacramento and San Joaquin Valleys (which are actually different sections of the Same likely 400 mile long Valley running north and south in the center part of California where most food is grown through 4 seasons we have here that you can usually grow food if you have enough water to be able to do this.

However, you want to see some low temperatures in California look at Lake Tahoe!
